Shipping Times and Dates
All orders will be shipped within 24 hours of their reception at our shipping center. Exceptions to this rule are on weekends and holidays. Hollywood Candy only ships items on business days; Monday through Friday. Our shipping center is closed on Thanksgiving day and Christmas day.

Typically allow five to ten business days delivery time for your orders, when ordering standard delivery. If you require a speedier delivery, choose the overnight or second day delivery options. If you are in a reeeally big hurry, contact our store directly and we can try to work something out with you.

Shipping Addresses
When you are selecting a delivery destination for your order, we recommend that you choose a destination where someone can be present to receive your order. Especially with candy, it is never a good idea to leave meltable items out in mother nature.

We currently employ both UPS and the USPS as our delivery couriers. UPS currently gives its driver instructions to use their discretion when deciding whether to leave a package at an unattended home or business. If the package is not left for you, UPS will attempt 2 more drop offs. If the package is not received, UPS will deliver your order back to Hollywood Candy. In this circumstance, Hollywood Candy will not be liable for charges to reship the package. For this reason, we often recommend customers to ship to a work address, where someone will be present during business (and delivery) hours.

Unfortunately, even UPS and the USPS can lose packages from time to time. Hollywood Candy can not be held responsible in a situation where one of these companies loses your order. If you suspect this has happened, please contact our shipping center and we can give you instructions on contacting UPS or the USPS.

Sales Tax
Sales taxes will be applied to all toy items, including PEZ dispensers, that are sold to Nebraska residents. The current sales tax in the state of Nebraska is 7%. This sales tax is only applied in Nebraska due to federal sales tax laws that apply to instate residents of the shipment center's home state.

Out of Stock Items
Occasionally we will receive several large orders at once, and this can deplete our inventory levels. We operate on a first come first serve basis. If we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be contacted directly by our distribution manager. At your option, we can either refund your purchase, or inform you of the timeline for Hollywood Candy to obtain your purchased items. Typical times are less than 5 business days.

Missing Deliveries
If you suspect that your product delivery has been delayed or has gone missing, please call our distribution center manager.

Incorrect Orders
If you have received an incorrect order, please do not open any of the candy items! We cannot be held responsible if you open the candy packages - this renders the candy unsaleable. Contact our shipping manager immediately and inform them of the problem, and they will find a solution. You will not be held responsible for any shipping costs of incorrect orders. Always double check your orders before placing them - make sure you are ordering what you intend to order!!!

Melting Candy
Many of the items we sell on Hollywoodcandy.com are subject to melting, especially during the warmer months. Hollywood candy recommends shipping meltable items with next day air to ensure the integrity of your candy shipment. We will not be responsible for melted items. If you have any questions about an order, please contact our shipping manager.

Occasionally there may be information on Hollywoodcandy.com that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. Hollywood Candy reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any orders containing any error, inaccuracy or omission, whether or not the order has been submitted, confirmed and/or your credit card has been charged.

If your credit card has been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Hollywood Candy will promptly issue a credit to your credit card.
